Return Policy:

Tire Stock will accept returns of products purchased from Tire Stock Inc within (30) thirty days from the purchase date. Items must be returned un-mounted, un-worn and undamaged, and be in new sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Items purchased as part of a Discontinued or Liquidation Event are not eligible for return.

What is NOT covered:

This warranty does not cover tires that become unserviceable due to:

  1. Damages resulting from road hazards, such as (a) impact damage, (b) cuts,  (c) snags, (d) punctures, (e) Scuffs, (f) Nails, (g) posthole and chuckholes, and etc.
  2. Conditions resulting from (a) improper installation, (b) improper inflation or misalignment, or (c) tire/wheel assembly imbalance.
  3. Conditions resulting from consumer damage, such as (a) improper tire and vehicle maintenance, (b) misuse, (c) abuse, (d) accident. (e) fire, (f) running flat, (g) overloading.
  4. Ride complaints after the first 25% tread wear.
  5. Irregular wear conditions
  6. Ozone or weather cracking on tires over four (4) years from the date of manufacture.

Only tires sold and /or adjusted within the 48 contiguous continental United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada are covered by this Warranty.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
